**Requirement**:

- Male, max. 40 years old
- Bachelor degree from any major (preferred from Marketing, Management)
- 2-3 years experience as Asst. Sales Manager/Sales in Stationery Business / FMCG/Electronic/IT product
- Experience distribution for General Trade/Modern Trade/Modern Outlet/National Distribution.
- Effective communication, interpersonal, presentation and negotiation skills
- Able to Mobilty
- Placement in Central Jakarta

**Jobs decription**:

- Plan and execute sales campaigns to grow market share, including analyzing data, developing strategies, and identifying gaps and opportunities
- Execute sales strategies to increase client base and market share, including cold calling, planning client visits, building relationships, and maintaining prospect database
- Create professional presentations, proposals, and reports for prospects and customers
- Maintain accurate sales records, including forecasting and budgeting
- Meet or exceed weekly sales budgets
- Supervising and guiding the sales team as well as providing incentives to motivate staff to achieve sales targets.
- Building and maintaining good working relationships with customers.
