The Satellites NCJ team is a young team responsible for Grab business in Pekalongan Raya and Kudus Raya. We make an impact by driving to all business units of GrabCar, GrabBike, Grab Express, GrabKios, GrabFood, and GrabMart Business operations. We are responsible for developing and driving the right strategy to win the market and shape the ideal supply-demand equilibrium while building a sustainable business model. Our team is made up of city leads that will be responsible for operational activities in these cities and a strategic demand generation team that will be in charge of planning, executing, and monitoring demand initiatives. **Get to Know the Role**

**The Day-to-Day Activities**:

- You will report to City Manager Satellites NCJ (Pekalongan Raya & Kudus Raya)
- This role will be based in Semarang, with high mobility to visit Pekalongan Raya and Kudus Raya
- You are responsible for mapping demand generation opportunities in cities (tap in events, create program collab with schools & univ, etc)
- You are accountable to analyze local insights opportunities and how we could leverage that to increase Grab's market share and make business sustainable in those cities
- You will monitor budgeting for program and activation, including close coordination with appointed vendors regarding budget spending and tracking
- You will lead close coordination with other teams to do post-mortem & ROI analysis based on investments made

**The Must-Haves**:

- You have Heart, Hunger, Honour, and Humility
- Bachelors/Master's degree, preferably in management, analytics, business or engineering, or any relevant experiences.
- You have experience with managing projects and leading teams. You have to be comfortable with managing multi-function stakeholders
- You are familiar with using Excel and Powerpoint in reporting activity
- Good in written and spoken English, with excellent communication skills
- You showcase strong business acumen and understanding of investment analysis (PnL and ROI analysis)
- You are experienced to negotiate and deal collaboration projects with any external stakeholders/partners
- Passionate about the social mission and making a positive impact in emerging markets
- Willingness to travel to sub-cities in Pekalongan Raya and Kudus Raya

**The Nice-to-Haves**:

- You are familiar with Pekalongan Raya and Kudus Raya (local insight or previous projects)
- Exposure and experience with creating dashboards of Tableau, PowerBI, etc
