As the Associate Manager, Retail Account Management, you will be responsible to plan, coordinate, lead, and control the area operations to achieve distribution, display, and sales objectives within budget, time, and policy parameters. You will need to ensure timely collection of receivables and effective management of deals budget. You are responsible to develop sales forecasts for all categories based on trends and develop channel sales strategies in West Sumatra region for SC Johnson.
**Essential Duties and Responsibilities**:
- Create action plan for business plan execution which include coverage & distribution, infrastructure, inventory, budget
- Implement sales coverage or deployment plans in all channels based on the analysis of past and current results
- Control the monthly achievement, service level and sales objectives of the area for the entire product range
- Regularly submit, analyze, review, and communicate monthly area achievement report to provide corrective action and ensure productivity achievement as per objective
- Ensure all activities are aligned with company policy within area of responsibility
- Implement strategy to transform distributor partner from basic level into partnership
- Monitor distributor performance through distributor score card and monthly key customers business review
- Implement the company's credit policy, maintain day sales outstanding and overdue outstanding as per stipulated norms, and ensure timely collection of receivables
- Continuously develop the technical competence of the sales organization aligned with the principle to deploy best practice
**Required Skills / Experience / Competencies**:
- Bachelor's in Business or related fields
- Minimum 3 to 5 years of experience in relevant function within Fast-Moving Consumer Goods (FMCG) industry
