Associate Marketing & Commercial Excellence Director

**The Commercial Excellence Head provides commercial direction that leads to better strategic and tactical business plans and actions that will contribute to the profitable growth of the Division. He is responsible for defining and leading sales efficiency indicators (KPIs) through appropriate data sales analysis. He implements and manages sales force and marketing excellence thru training, learning & development of all sales force and marketing team. Moreover, he is also responsible for managing sales data analysis, sales incentive computation. He will be actively involved in Regional SFE and Training initiatives.**:
