Banquet Sales Manager

Develop a Banquet sales strategy to meet sales targets.
- Monitoring and analyze sales reports regularly.
- Monitor and regulate all banquet activities.
- Control the running of the exhibition and meeting pairs according to the annual work plan.
- Male/Female (max. 35 years old)
- Min. Bachelor Degree preferably Tourism & Hospitality graduates.
- Min. 2 years experience as Hotel Sales or Marketing Manager, preferable in hotel group.
- Coordination and handling Banquet specially Wedding & Corporate Event.
- The ability to achieve sales targets and work in a highly pressurized environment.
- Passion to lead and a desire to succeed.
- Communicative, responsible, discipline, good looking.
- Familiar with Ms. Office.
- Fluent in English both speaking & writing is preferable.
