Bartender

**Job Description**:

- Assign and delegate tasks and responsibilities to the stewarding staff.
- Monitor and manage the inventory of cleaning supplies, kitchen equipment, and utensils.
- Implement and maintain health and safety standards.
- Train the stewarding team on the safe use of chemicals, equipment, and machinery.

Work Experience
- A diploma or degree in hospitality management will be advantageous.
- Minimum 10 years of experience in hotel operations within the stewarding or kitchen department, with a track record in a managerial role.
- Strong leadership and team management skills.
- Knowledge of kitchen equipment, their maintenance, and required cleaning standards.
