Working arrangement: WFO/Hybrid ? Period: 3 months What will you do? Support the planning and execution of the performance appraisal process. Collaborate with PAC and department heads to ensure timely and accurate completion of performance reviews Collect and analyze performance data to identify trends and areas for improvement. Prepare regular reports on key performance indicators and present findings to relevant stakeholders.  Maintain accurate and up-to-date records related to performance management. Apply if you : Currently in the last semester or fresh graduate from a psychology/human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.  Proficient in basic Excel formulas and data analysis.  Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.  Curiosity and interest in working with data. Ability to collaborate effectively with team members and stakeholders.  Detail-oriented with a focus on accuracy. Proactive and able to take initiative. Adaptable and eager to learn.
