Job Description Oversee the daily operations of the branch including shipment processing, transportation, and customer service.Oversee 3 teams - Couriers, Warehouse/Hub Operations, Support teamDevelop and maintain strong relationships with key clients and stakeholders, addressing any service-related issues.Oversee inventory, equipment, and facility management to ensure operational efficiency.Requirement Bachelor's degree in Business, Logistics, or related field (or equivalent experience).Proven experience in a leadership role within the express shipping, logistics, or transportation industry.Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.Proficient in English.
