**Responsibilities**:- Directing all operational aspects including Distribution, Customer Service, Human Capital, Administration and Sales.- Providing Training, Coaching, Development and Motivation the employee.- Developing Forecasts, Financial Objectives and Business Plan.**Qualifications**:- Min. education level at Diploma for all majors- Min. 3 years experiences in the same position (Game Center, Theme Park, Bank, Insurance, and Hospitality Industry)- High entrepreneurial spirit- Able to communication in English (preferred)- Digital Savvy- Have the ability to negotiate, communicate, and lead a team- Target oriented and able to work under pressure- Willing to work in shifts**Placement : Makassar**Jenis Pekerjaan: Penuh WaktuGaji: Dari Rp7.000.000 per bulan
