**About the Team**:
Marketing will work closely with Commercial, GTM, sales and product team to achieve one single objective which is positive net sales.
**What you'll do**:
- Brand Strategy Development: Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define and implement comprehensive brand strategies aligned with Fazz Agent's objectives.
- Brand Activation Planning: Develop and execute integrated branding and activation plans to reach our target audience effectively and engage them through various marketing channel including community & KOL (Fazz Agen Affiliate).
- Audience Segmentation: Analyze customer data and market trends to identify target segments and tailor brand activation strategies accordingly.
- Partnership Management: Build and maintain strategic partnerships to enhance brand visibility and create co-marketing opportunities for both offline & online channel
- Event Coordination: Plan and execute events and activations to connect with potential and existing merchants, ensuring a consistent brand experience through offline and online that generating leads, reactivation and resurrection users
- Performance Measurement: Develop and utilize KPIs to track and evaluate the effectiveness of branding and activation initiatives, optimizing strategies based on data insights.
- Budget Management: Manage the budget for branding and activation campaigns, ensuring efficient allocation of resources.
- Team Leadership: Supervise and mentor a team of brand activation specialists, providing guidance and fostering a collaborative work environment.
**What we're looking for**:
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field. A Master's degree is a plus.
- Proven experience in brand management, activation, or marketing, with a focus on driving brand awareness and sales growth.
- Strong understanding of marketing principles and the ability to create and execute brand activation strategies.
- Excellent project management and leadership skills.
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
- Proficiency with marketing tools and software.
