Brand & Digital Marketing Manager

Develop and implement company branding and marketing strategy, to increase brand awareness and user acquisition

Develop overall marketing and branding strategies to increase customer brand awareness, grow adoption, and retain customers

Direct development of marketing insights to better monitor, revise, and design digital marketing campaigns; and maximize ROI

Manage overall marketing communications to prospective users and partners, from design of materials to distribution across online and offline channels

Create a highly productive and motivated team to develop and manage distribution of marketing
Bachelor's degree in marketing, public relations, or relevant fields; MBA preferred

5+ years relevant work experience in branding and/or digital marketing

Experienced leveraging data & analytics to drive design of marketing strategy and campaigns

Developed and implemented marketing programs to rapidly grow customer adoption

In-depth understanding of the needs and drivers of the Indonesian patient/consumer

Prior experience leading marketing teams

Experience in the digital healthcare industry a plus

Strong communication skills (verbal, written, and visual)

Fluency in English and Bahasa (both verbal and written)
