Job Description Develop And Implement Comprehensive Marketing Strategies To Enhance Brand Visibility, Market Penetration, And Consumer Engagement.Lead And Mentor A Team Of Marketing Professionals, Providing Guidance, Performance Evaluations, And Fostering A Collaborative Work Environment.Analyze Market Trends, Consumer Behaviors, And Competitive Landscape To Identify Opportunities For Growth And Innovation.Plan And Execute Integrated Marketing Campaigns Across Various Channels, Including Digital Media, Traditional Advertising, Events, And Promotions.Manage Marketing Budgets Effectively, Tracking Expenses, ROI, And Making Data-driven Decisions To Optimize Resource Allocation.Requirement Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field. Master's degree is a plus.Proven experience (10+ years) in marketing roles within the consumer goods or food and beverage industry, with a track record of successful brand management and campaign execution.Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate, mentor, and manage a diverse team.
