Job description:
- Build and enhance Mama's Choice brand presence via KOLs and affiliates that are aligned with brand objective
- Support in influencer and affiliate management pillar starting from acquisition, contract negotiation, relationship management/nurturing, campaign monitoring.
- Able to identify relevant KOLs & affiliates and develop compelling creative briefs to support brand awareness and conversion.
- Conduct competitive benchmarking with other brands and keep up with digital marketing trends to identify gaps and areas for improvement.
- Provide actionable insights about creator performance and work closely with other relevant teams as well as external partners to ensure best practices are implemented, execution is aligned, and performance is optimised toward expected results.
- Assist other marketing duties needed (if any), e.g. brand campaign, offline event.

- Competency:
- Good interpersonal and negotiation skills.
- Capable of building and maintaining positive relationships with external partners e.g. affiliate creators, KOL/influencers, and media.
- Strong copywriting and content creation skills.
- Able to analyze content performance data, recognize patterns and translate into actionable insights.
- Social media savvy / in-depth knowledge and experience with social media platforms preferably TikTok.
- Language: Fluent in Indonesian & English verbally and written.
