**About The Role**
A brand manager in Tentang Anak means being a business owner - not just a marketer! Dive right into launching new brands sustainably, developing marketing plans, and identifying specific marketing tactics to build on consumer, shopper, and customer insights. Guide the vision and strategy behind a brand by developing communication strategies and driving innovation. You will be working closely with multiple disciplinary stakeholders to develop top strategies for your brands.

**Responsibilities**:
- Create execute and manage Tentang Anak private label and commercial campaign across the channel (e-commerce and offline)
- Craft brand strategy and be the execution champion by building brand equity and driving penetration through an integrated range of innovative and effective consumer strategies and brand activation programs.
- Derive insight from the data, and shopper behavior and execute marketing tactics that will grow your brand profitably.
- Collaborate and align with different stakeholders across channels.
- Ensure the execution campaigns are delivered on time and drive results!
- working closely with commerce and private label teams to provide communication support and brand strategy.
**Requirements**:
- Bachelor's degree in management, business, marketing, or other related fields
- Minimum 3 years of experience as a brand executive or brand manager developing marketing plans and campaign especially in retails, consumer goods, and e-commerce.
- Familiar and experienced in marketing and media channels
- Strong project management, decision making, and able to multi-task in a fast-paced industry.
- A creative thinker and problem solver with strong and engaging communication skills
