Job Overview:
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop positioning, messaging, and creative direction for the brand.
- Research the competition to be aware of market trends and identify potential opportunities for the brand.
- Establish and implement brand standards and guidelines across all departments.
- Coordinate and manage product development and design activities to ensure consistency with the brand.
- Oversee the production and delivery of all marketing and sales collateral to ensure a consistent look, feel and voice.
- Execute integrated marketing campaigns that successfully drive brand awareness and revenue growth.
- Supervise and collaborate with marketing and creative team members to ensure consistent messaging and visual identity across all brand touchpoints.
- Work collaboratively with other departments, including sales, finance, and product development, ensuring all brand activities align with overall business strategy.
- Monitor and analyze market trends and competitor activity to identify opportunities to grow the brand.
- Stay up to date on all trends and new technology that could impact brand growth or relevance.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business Administration, or related field.
- 5+ years of experience in brand management, in a corporate or agency setting.
- Excellent communication skills, including oral, written, and presentation skills.
- Knowledge of consumer insights, market research, and brand strategy.
- Strong leadership and team management skills, with a strategic mindset.
- Experience launching new products and developing creative marketing campaigns.
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously, and work under tight deadlines.
- Results-driven with a proven track record of success in delivering measurable business results.
Pay: Rp10,000 - Rp100,000 per month
