Brand Manager
**Responsibilities**:
1. Spearheading the brand strategy and positioning, leading go-to-market planning and driving cross-functional collaboration within Brand Marketing, Consumer Insights and PR.
2. Develop a marketing campaign plan including strategy, goals, budget (revenue, expenditures and profitability).
3. Direct the Public Relations & Social Media team to increase brand awareness and build relationships with industry networks, media, and influencers.
4. Creating, overseeing, and evaluating offline media strategies and recommendations, including planning budgets and channels.
5. Identify opportunities and issues by monitoring market and consumer trends, as well as competitor activities.
6. Oversee marketing and advertising activities to ensure consistency with product line strategy.
7. Brand strategy, including style guides, brand vision, and value proposition for short
- and long-term.
8. Assisting with product development, pricing, and new product launches, as well as identifying and pursuing new business opportunities.
9. Analyzing insights about competitors and customers.
10. Analysis of sales forecasts and reporting on product sales.
**Requirements**:
1. Bachelor's degree in Marketing Communication, Marketing, Business, or related field;
2. Experience of at least 3 years as a Brand Manager in the Personal Care/ Beauty Care/ Apparel industry.;
3. Analytically proficient and highly experienced with conducting data analysis in Excel;
4. Possesses strong analytical skills and outstanding interpersonal abilities.
5. Strong communication skills, energetic, pro-active, and creative in personality;
6. Good understanding of economics, digital marketing and general business acumen;
7. Good time management skills, strong and proven leadership
8. Strong aptitude for working with numbers and performing data analysis with proficiency.
**Salary**: Rp6,000,000 - Rp7,000,000 per month
