Brand Marketing Lead (Beauty Product)

As a Marketing Operations Specialist, you will play a crucial role in the successful execution of our marketing strategies and campaigns. You will collaborate with various departments to ensure the seamless planning, implementation, and monitoring of marketing initiatives that align with our brand identity and business objectives.

**Responsibilities**:
Handle and execute 360 marketing campaigns planning

Collaborate with the marketing team to execute integrated marketing campaigns, including online and offline channels, promotions, events, KOL's and partnerships.

Efficiently manage marketing projects from conception to completion, ensuring timelines are met, resources are allocated effectively, and goals are achieved.

Stay updated on industry trends, competitors, and customer preferences to contribute to informed marketing decisions.

Assist in tracking marketing expenses, ensuring adherence to the allocated budget for each campaign.
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or related field.

Proven experience (2 years) in marketing operations, branding project, project management, or a similar role.

Strong understanding of marketing principles and techniques.

Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.

Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.

Team player with the capacity to work collaboratively and independently.
