We are looking for an experienced Brand Marketing Specialist or Sr. Marketing Strategist to help us build our brand and raise brand awareness. You'll work across all levels and departments of our organization to find what makes us unique and communicate it to the world.
**Responsibilities**:
Define, create, and manage marketing acquisition efforts across awareness, consideration, and conversion using multiple channels
Analyze and identify the best content promotion trend to give further key recommendations in order to discover other ways of reaching customers and driving sales traffic
Handling the end-to-end process of the influencer marketing strategist, starts from approaching suitable KOL, create & present the brief, and reviewing their performance
Ensure that a brand remains recognizable, up to date, and exciting to customers
Making sure that branding is consistent across advertising and campaigns
Forecast marketing campaign growth and ROI for marketing campaigns, working closely with product development and business development team
Supervising advertising, product design, and other forms of marketing to maintain consistency in branding
Experienced handling KOL
Fluent in English
Excellent problem-solving skills
Proven min. 1 year of working experience in Brand Marketing, KOL Specialist, Digital Marketing, or a similar role (Fresh graduates with Marketing/BD internship experience are welcome to apply)
Fluent in English, both oral and written
Bachelor's degree in Brand Communication or related major
Experience handling beauty brand promotion or having a broad-knowledge of beauty or skincare products is preferred
An ability to think strategically to produce an innovative and original ideas
Strong analytical skills partnered with a creative mind
Data-driven thinking and an affinity for numbers
Outstanding communication skills
Up-to-date with the latest trends and marketing best practices
Able to join ASAP
Willing to do WFO policy
