Budget Control Manager

Responsible to provide reliable data from valid resources from external and internal parties
- Responsible to monitor, analyze, and provide recommendation regarding to channel performance parameter (Budget, revenue, growth, store BEP, regional market share)
- Responsible to monitor region execution for smooth operation aligned with channel strategy and SOP / policies
- To develop team and assure growth in the team
- Bachelor degree from any field
- Experienced in Telecommunication & Retail industry is a must
- Minimum 10 years in the same experience and in managerial level
- Exposed in managing big volume data & budgeting for retail stores
- Strong leadership and team work skill
- Fast pace, agile and able to work under pressure
- Willing to be placed in Jakarta office
