**Job Descriptions**:
- Prepare a building maintenance program/work plan & budget plan.
- Develop and monitor the implementation of preventive building maintenance work plans. Control building maintenance costs effectively and efficiently.
- Carrying out & monitoring the building maintenance vendor selection process.
- Ensure the operation of building systems/equipment runs well.
- Create and develop maintenance procedures and ensure implementation.
- Ensure that the building maintenance administration system (internal and vendor) is implemented according to standard operating procedures (SOP).
- Ensure that all building equipment (Mechanical, Electrical, Plumbing, Civil & others) is well maintained and according to procedures to support building operations.
- Evaluate the performance of the engineering team and provide direction, corrections, or additional training.
- Receive other tasks in connection with building maintenance activities. Carry out follow-up actions to resolve complaints from related parties.
- Monitor, Coordinate and Evaluate the performance of P3SRS building management. provide direction, corrections, or improvement ideas.
- Monitor, Coordinate and Evaluate the performance of Housekeeping, pest control, garden and building sanitation outsource. Monitor cleanliness, beauty and service excelence of all outsouce, provide direction, corrections, or improvement ideas
- Create planning and reports for housekeeping, pest control, garden maintenance and building sanitation.
**Job Qualifications**:
- Minimum Bachelor's Degree in Civil/Mechanical/Electrical Engineering.
- Minimum 6 years of working experiences in Building Maintenance field and 2 years experience in the same position.
- Have an understanding of systems and procedures as well as building maintenance.
- Have a good supervisory skill.
- Preferable has experience in Hospitality or leading Housekeeping outsource
