**Requirements**:
Bachelor Degree (S1) in Business or related field
Have minimum 2 years of strategic planning & project management (preferrable in IT Industry)
Familiar with strategic planning frameworks, and tools like balanced scorecard, logic model, or theory of change
Proficiency in analyze qualitative and quantitative data using software like Excel, SPSS, Tableau, or Power BI
Able to communicate clearly and persuasively through various formats such as reports, presentations, or dashboards
Strong ability to work collaboratively and independently, managing multiple tasks and deadlines
Quickly adaptability to changing situations and environments

Analyze mission, vision, values, SWOT, and stakeholder engagement. Present strategic plans to CEO, coordinate implementation, and ensure alignment with culture, resources, and capabilities. Evaluate performance and report findings to the CEO identifying areas for improvement
