**Job Descriptions**
- Gather, document, and analyze business needs and requirements.
- Solve business problems and design technical solutions, if necessary.
- Develop storyboard and mockups to elaborate the requirements.
- Review other designer's work and provide feedback.
- Interact with developers to ensure the system is properly implemented.
- Work with customers and new users to gather feedback and test the design.
**Requirements**:
- Proven analytical background.
- Excellent collaborative and brainstorming skills.
- Excellent documentation skills.
- Fundamental analytical and conceptual thinking skills.
- Have experience in creating detailed reports and giving presentations.
- Demonstrated good experience in Inkscape, CorelDraw, Photoshop, Illustrator, or other design tools.
- Demonstrated good experience in prototyping tools such as Figma, JustInMind, Invision, Balsamiq, or other prototyping tools.
- Have a passion for excellence and thrive to excel.
- Have the ability to deliver high-quality work on tight schedules.
- Highly motivated, strong team player, with good ability to multi-task and re-prioritize as necessary.
- Have a knowledge/experience in Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) and CRM is preferable.
- Familiarity in the software development processes such as requirement gathering and story-boarding is a plus.
