Business Analyst Internship

**Objectives of this role**
- Drive awareness of requirements across business units and identify substandard systems processes through evaluation of real-time data
- Perform, evaluate, and communicate thorough quality assurance at every stage of sales systems development

**Responsibilities**

Evaluate, analyze, and communicate systems requirements on a continuing basis, and maintain systems processes, including the delivery of monthly status reports to all appropriate parties

Conduct daily systems analytics to maximize effectiveness and troubleshoot problems

Conduct process improvement:

- Identify areas for process optimization and efficiency enhancement.
- Recommend process improvements and assist in their implementation.

**Requirement**:

- Student or Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, or a related field
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and critical-thinking skills.
- Knowledge of relevant tools such as Microsoft Excel, Spreadsheet, and other management tools
- Proficiency in requirement gathering techniques, process modeling, and documentation.
