Description

Work remotely (WFH) as a part of our Sales Team in charge of managing Sales in Japan.

**Responsibilities**:
Analyze customer business needs, write specifications, and suggest solutions.

Communicate requirements to team of developers and oversee development.

Write test cases and check the development.

Constantly communicate project and on-going tasks to customers.

Organize and follow-up on implementations.

Participate in project planning, estimation, and project management activities to ensure successful delivery of implementations.
Must Have

Fluency in Japanese (Speaking, Writing, & Listening)

At least 1 year of professional experiences

Between the age of 18-35.

Have an excellent understanding of business processes.

Great planning and communication skills.

Ability to learn fast and execute accordingly.

Nice To Have

Fluent in English (Speaking, Writing, & Listening)

Bachelor's degree in accounting or Equivalent.

Knowledge in Odoo is a plus.
