**Business Development Associate - Fund Management**

We are currently seeking a motivated individual to join our team as a Business Development Associate - Fund Management.
**QUALIFICATIONS**:
**Requirements**:
- Fluent in English with a minimum TOEFL score of 450.
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business Administration, Economics, Law, or a related field.
- 2-3 years of experience in business analysis, financial services, or relevant roles; experience in the healthcare industry is advantageous.
- Strong understanding of fund management and venture capital, with a demonstrated ability to analyze and assess investment opportunities.
- Excellent communication skills in Bahasa Indonesia and English, with the ability to articulate complex ideas clearly and persuasively.
- Proven track record in building and maintaining professional relationships, ideally within the investment community.
- Analytical thinker with the capability to interpret financial data and industry trends to drive strategic decisions.
- Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build relationships and work collaboratively.
- High level of professionalism and strong ethical standards.
- Strong organizational and time-management skills. Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Ability to work independently and meet success-based goals with mínimal supervision.
- Fundamental understanding of the healthcare industry, including terminology and workflows.
- Willingness to work on weekends if required.
**Key Responsibilities**:
- Facilitate and foster relationships with key stakeholders in fund management, leveraging knowledge of fund management principles, fund analysis, and investor potential.
- Utilize extensive understanding of startups, venture capital, and healthcare industry dynamics in Indonesia.
- Collaborate across various sectors, including finance, law, and investment analysis, to connect with industry contacts and facilitate introductions to potential investors.
- Arrange and conduct meetings, engaging effectively in Bahasa Indonesia and English to present our company and discuss investment opportunities.
- Provide strategic input based on deep insights into fund management and venture capital, particularly within the healthcare sector.
