Job Scope

We are seeking a highly skilled Seller Acquisition to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for acquiring new sellers and collaborating with the product development team to enhance our platform's offerings. Your primary focus will be on executing effective seller acquisition strategies while also contributing valuable insights for product improvement and development.
- Responsibilities
- Seller Acquisition: Utilize various channels and strategies to identify and acquire new sellers for our platform.
- Communication: Establish and maintain strong relationships with sellers, ensuring effective and timely communication.
- Feedback Collection: Proactively engage with sellers to extract valuable information and feedback regarding their experience, product suggestions, and any issues they may encounter.
- Collaboration with the team for Product Development: Work closely with the Business Development team to provide insights and feedback from sellers, contributing to the continuous improvement and development of our platform.
- Feedback Analysis: Analyze seller feedback to identify trends, patterns, and areas for improvement in our product and seller experience.
- Product Enhancement: Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including product development, marketing, and operations, to translate seller feedback into actionable insights for improving our platform's features, functionalities, and user experience.
- Seller Support: Provide assistance and guidance to sellers, addressing their concerns and resolving any issues they may face.
- Documentation: Maintain comprehensive records of seller communication, feedback, and actions taken to ensure accountability and transparency.
- Market Research: Stay informed about market trends, competitor analysis, and industry best practices to enhance seller acquisition strategies and contribute to product development initiatives.
- Requirements
- Excellent Communication Skills: Strong verbal and written communication abilities to effectively engage and build rapport with sellers.
- Analytical Thinking: Ability to analyze feedback data and identify trends, patterns, and opportunities for product improvement.
- Collaborative Mindset: Ability to work effectively as part of a cross-functional team, collaborating with product development, marketing, and operations teams to drive product improvement initiatives.
- Adaptability: Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment and adapting to changing priorities and requirements.
- Industry Knowledge: Familiarity with the e-commerce industry, market dynamics, and seller acquisition strategies would be a bonus
