Mahakarya Anak Muda (MAM) started out as a digital company that works in media, e-commerce and technology in Tangerang from 2018. We named our company Mahakarya Anak Muda, because we believe in the power and influence from young lead generations for a brighter digital future. Up to now, through our subsidiary company, COMMO Creative, a digital agency focusing on Digital Marketing has lifted numerous businesses through digital activations, strong market research and growth marketing. In the future, we will also keep up to grow by developing various other potential sectors.

We are looking for Business Development

**Requirements**:

- Expanding business network & external partnership
- Developing and managing strategic partnership to grow business
- Preparing all documentation required for requests for proposal
- Directing marketing efforts, suggesting strategies to expand market research
- Conceptualize, plan and execute large project to scale supply in markets
- The ability to communicate well with both new and existing clients

Qualification:

- Have solid experience 2-5 years of professional experience in sales, digital company and/or startup environments.
- Maximum 35 years old.
- Proven leadership skills. Team leader and team player
- Proven track record of a self-starter who can think out of the box and autonomously execute projects in a fast-paced environment
- Fast learner, adapts well to and is energized by change
- Result-oriented strategic thinker, who is assertive and full of initiatives
- Strong sales and negotiation skills, with the ability to acquire new business
- Strong communication skill, verbal and written, with fluency in English
- You are superstar when it comes to strategic selling, with unparalleled presentation and negotiation skills.

**Salary**: Rp7,000,000 - Rp10,000,000 per month

- S1 (preferred)
