- Women, passion in beauty industry.
- Diploma degree in any field. Fresh graduate are welcome
- Good working knowledge of digital marketing/advertising.
- Network with influencers and brands with good account management skills.
- Have new ideas to develop new strategies.
- A strong personality who can work autonomously and within a team.
- Excellent negotiation, time management, and communication skills.

Job description:

- Up to date on beauty industry trends and the latest trending influencer(s).
- Plan and strategize marketing or promotional campaigns by creating budgets, defining products, acquisition strategies for new retailers & analyzing competitors.
- Build a long-term good relationship by analyzing and monitoring the performance of brands/Influencers.
- Carry out periodic brainstorming in developing the latest strategies related to promo and campaign marketing.
- Create monthly reports for all marketing activities

Full WFO at Gading Serpong

Mon - Fri (9 AM - 5 PM)

**Salary**: From Rp4,500,000 per month

**Education**:

- S1 (preferred)

**Experience**:

- Business Development: 1 year (preferred)

Ability to Relocate:

- Tangerang: Relocate before starting work (required)
