JOB REQUIREMENT

- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
- Proven experience in business development, sales, or a relevant role (Min 1 year MT or GT experience in homeware and kitchenware).
- Proficiency in English, both written and spoken.
- Strong understanding of market dynamics, sales techniques, and business strategies.
- Ability to build and maintain strong professional relationships with clients and stakeholders.
- Demonstrated ability to work independently and as part of a team to achieve sales goals.
- Proficiency in using CRM software and sales tools for lead management and tracking.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic work environment and adapt to changing market conditions.
- Willing to be placed in Cikarang Pusat (WFO), and can join ASAP
- Have a personal vehicle (motorcycle)
