**Key Responsibilities**:
- Develop and implement marketing strategies to exponentially increase online sales for clients Lifestyle (Online) and Goldie.
- Ensure that each online sales channel meets sales targets.
- Coordinate with the management team, marketing communications, offline lifestyle team, and other stakeholders to design online campaign marketing strategies.
- Determine promotional policies aligned with market trends, seasons, market conditions, and company objectives.
- Collaborate with the marketing communications team to develop tactical plans for online marketing strategies.
- Coordinate with the operations head to ensure the successful execution of branding and marketing strategies.
- Identify market opportunities and establish partnerships with revenue-oriented entities to expand market reach.
- Increase the number of online customers.
- Reduce online customer churn rate.
- Design and maintain customer retention programs through various loyalty initiatives.
- Conduct regular work monitoring and analysis to develop actionable strategies focused on results.
- Monitor competitor activities and collaborate with the marketing communications team to develop activation strategies and plans.
- Perform periodic financial performance analysis to ensure optimal capital efficiency.
- Explore various initiatives to enhance services and achieve customer satisfaction targets.
- Efficiently manage inventory to avoid unnecessary stockpiling.
- Optimize capital allocation for projects that yield maximum profitability.
**Qualifications**:
- Minimum 7 years of experience agency/e-commerce company.
- Analytical and data-driven mindset to analyze market trends and campaign performance.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for effective collaboration.
- Strategic thinking and problem-solving abilities to identify opportunities and develop solutions.
- Results-driven and goal-oriented mindset to achieve measurable outcomes.
- Knowledge of the gold and jewelry industry (preferred).
