Lark APAC Business Development Representative Team

Our incredible Business Development Representative (BDR) team is at the heart of our triumphs, playing a pivotal role in fueling our growth engine, responsible for delivering pipeline at scale through inbound and outbound efforts and working with our marketing team to unearth market insights and trends.

**About the role**:
In this pivotal role, you'll be at the core of our growth strategy, leveraging inbound leads to help us discover the perfect fit for our services and products in the market. It's not just about sales; it's about creating valuable connections and using data-driven insights to guide our path to success.

Your mission will be to introduce potential clients to the wide array of Lark's services, products, and solutions that meet their specific business needs. But more than that, you'll be our brand ambassador, sharing Lark's unique value proposition with the world. Your goal is to secure follow-up meetings with key decision-makers, where you'll have the opportunity to discuss our products in depth with a dedicated sales account executive.

- You possess a big picture, long-term view and thinking. It's crucial to go beyond short-term tactics and think strategically about our company's overall growth objectives; to see the broader landscape, identify long-term trends, and develop innovative strategies.

Bonus Points
- You have prior startup experience, showcasing your adaptability and an entrepreneurial mindset.
- You are bilingual with fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia to liaise with external Indonesian Bahasa-speaking customers in the region.
- You have previous related Business Development & Demand Generation experience in SaaS, Cloud or IT Security enterprise software.
- You have knowledge of using SFDC, HubSpot, Outreach, and other similar tools.
