Details of the offer

- Menjalankan fungsi pengawasan finansial terhadap unit bisnis tertentu (co. Syariah), entitas anak perusahaan (PT FIT) dan entitas lainnya yang terkait (co. PT SIP dan Kopkar BFI).
- Menjadi point of contact utama antara BFI dan entitas-entitas tersebut di atas terkait masalah akuntansi dan keuangan.
- Memastikan adanya standarisasi perlakuan akuntansi (accounting treatment) entitas-entitas terkait sesuai dengan standar yang berlaku di BFI.

It is one of the oldest and the most diversified multi finance companies in Indonesia as well as the first multi finance company to be listed on Indonesia Stock Exchange with ticker code BFIN.
