**As a Business Manager (BM), you will**:
- Develop and execute a lead generation strategy to identify and target potential clients within the company's target market segments.
- Utilize various channels such as referrals, networking events, digital marketing and cold outreach to generate high-quality leads.
- Conduct thorough market research to identify potential prospects and understand their needs, challenges and pain points.
- Build and maintain a pipeline of prospects by consistently reaching out, nurturing relationships, and following up.
- Partner closely with the designated specialists to align the lead generation efforts with the overarching business goals and objectives.
- Collaborate closely with the designated specialists to conduct joint field visits, delivering impactful presentations and engaging effectively with the potential clients to facilitate successful sales closure.
- Participate actively in the company's mandatory trainings to enhance your skills in successful prospecting, sales conversion and closure.
**Requirements**:
- Bachelor's Degree (S1) or relevant professional qualifications.
- Some working experience, preferably in successfully generating leads and bringing in prospects in a B2B or B2C sales environment.
- Self-starter, energetic and organized with excellent presentation and negotiation skills.
- Relevant track record or accomplishments that will help you to succeed in this role.
- Speak fluent English
