Business Process Architect

Analyze existing business processes, identifying areas for improvement.
- Map out business processes and workflows using industry-standard tools and methodologies.
- Design innovative and efficient business process solutions.
- Create and document Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), ensuring clarity and accessibility for all relevant stakeholders.
- Collaborate with various departments to implement new processes or improve existing ones, ensuring alignment with SOPs.
- Engage and communicate effectively with stakeholders to understand business needs, challenges, and to ensure widespread understanding and adoption of SOPs.
- Recommend and implement technology solutions to enhance process efficiency.
- Stay abreast of new trends in process management and technology.

**Requirements**:

- Willing to work at Bandung in a Work-From-Office (WFO) arrangement.
- Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering, Business Administration, Information Technology, or related field.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in business process management or related field.
- Proven experience in process mapping and optimization.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Proficient in process mapping tools.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
- Knowledge of process improvement methodologies is a plus.
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Willingness to stay updated with the latest industry trends and technologies.
- Strong organizational and leadership skills.
