JOB DESCRIPTION
- Plan and deliver engaging lessons in mathematics aligned with the school curriculum.
- Use a variety of teaching methods to accommodate different learning styles and abilities.
- Foster critical thinking, problem-solving, and analytical skills in students.
- Design lesson plans that meet curriculum standards and ensure learning outcomes are achieved.
- Continuously review and adjust lesson plans based on student progress and curriculum requirements.
- Participate in curriculum improvement and departmental planning.
- Design and administer tests, quizzes, and other assessments to evaluate student progress.
- Provide timely and constructive feedback on student performance.
- Prepare and maintain accurate records of student grades and attendance.
- Offer additional support to students who require extra help with mathematics.
- Encourage student participation and engagement through individual and group activities.
- Communicate with parents/guardians regarding student progress and areas for improvement.
- Attend workshops, training, and other professional development opportunities to stay current with educational best practices.
- Collaborate with colleagues to share teaching strategies and improve the learning environment
- Maintain a positive and disciplined classroom environment conducive to learning.
- Implement and enforce school policies and procedures.
JOB REQUIREMENT
- Akhwat (Muslimah).
- Maximum age of 30 years old.
- Minimum education Bachelor's Degree in Mathematics Education (Fresh graduates are welcome).
- Minimum GPA of 3.00 (Scale 4.00).
- Preferably accustomed to teaching in English both orally and in writing.
- Preferably has experience in teaching Cambridge Mathematics or UTBK-SNBT.
- Possesses the spirit and character of a good educator.
- Has a good personality and social spirit.
- Has good cognitive and literacy abilities.
- Has a character that always seeks continuous personal and institutional development.
- Number of candidates required: 1 (one) person.
