Campaign Officer

Develop comprehensive marketing campaigns tailored specifically for B2B projects.
- Ensure that the campaigns reflect the organization's brand voice, values, and visual identity.
- Conduct in-depth market research to identify the unique characteristics and needs of the B2B audience.
- Develop messaging and positioning that resonates with B2B decision-makers and influencers.
- Incorporate key marketing and branding messages into the campaign materials.
- Implement tracking mechanisms to monitor the performance of the campaigns.
- Compile campaign performance data and insights into comprehensive reports.

**Minimum Qualifications**
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communication or a related field.
- Proven experience in marketing and branding, specifically with B2B projects.
- Strong knowledge of B2B marketing strategies, trends, and best practices.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to create compelling campaigns tailored for B2B audiences.
- Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Self-motivated and proactive, with a strong sense of ownership and accountability for campaign success.
- Knowledge of the B2B industry, including key players, market dynamics, and buyer behavior, is preferred.

**Salary**: Up to Rp7,000,000 per month
