Job Role Conceptualise, develop and execute marketing campaigns for branding and market growth Collaborate and coordinate across multiple teams, including Social Media, Online Media, Events, Business Development, Creative, and even Operation Ensure smooth and timely execution of campaigns Perform regular analysis of campaign performance and metrics to report on campaign performance Generate new ideas and drive continual optimization of marketing campaigns. Drive high-impact and growth projects, in a fast-paced environment in big scale nation-wide campaigns, and major online and offline marketing efforts ?? Requirements Bachelor's Degree in Communications or Marketing related technical field from a recognised university Excellent command of English and Bahasa Indonesia to communicate with internal stakeholders Prior experience in e-commerce marketing and/or campaign management will be a plus Strong project management and execution abilities Ability to be creative operationally and strategically Strong work ethics and performance-driven Reliable and good team player who enjoys a fast-paced environmen Please note that a copy of the most recent transcript must be submitted as part of the application ??
