As a Category Marketing Manager at the Business Unit, you are responsible to manage and develop the Category/Subcategory/Brands in the business to support long term Category growth and profitably increase market share.
**A Day In The Life as Category Marketing Manager**
- Choose target consumers by using attractiveness and ability to win, develops consumer insight, understands target consumer perceived values of brands
- Develop Brand Essence (developed or applied from SBU/GMB)
- Deliver tastiest and healthiest food/beverage experiences within brand portfolio in a way that contributes to CSV (Creating Shared Value)
- Understand shopping behaviors and motivations of target consumers, help design shopping experiences that delight consumers/shoppers. Develop brand portfolio strategy, contribute to pricing and promotional strategy, propose brand portfolio for key channels and key customers
- Develop and successfully execute Bigger, Bolder and Better innovation & renovation for her/his brands
- Manage the development and execution of strong functionally aligned brand and ICP (Integrated Commercial Planning), responsible for the performance, health and strategic alignment with the Market Business Strategy. Understand business impact and prioritizes Fixed Marketing Expense and TTS (Total Trade Spend) investment of your brands.
- Responsible engagement strategies and the creation of attractive and rewarding brand experiences. Works in partnership with communication agencies and ensures all brand communication contributes to enhancing the company image of trusted Nutrition, Health, and Wellness leader.
- Develop and coach direct reports, ensuring performance & development discussions are conducted on time. Make recommendations for inclusion in talent programs and succession plans as appropriate.
- Ensure adherence to all company principles and policies.
**What Makes You Successful**
- Minimum 8 years commercial experiences, especially marketing in FMCG
