- Drive user engagement and adoption.
- Track and follow up on Center of Excellence initiatives.
- Create and deploy standard operating procedures within internal unit.

**Job Qualifications**:

- Minimum Bachelor's Degree in Computer/Telecommunication Engineering.
- Minimum 1 year of experience in related field.
- Experienced in Project Management / Data Reporting / Change Management / User Training.
- Willing to be placed in BSD City, South Tangerang.
