**THE ROLE**

In this role, you will play a critical role in leading and managing the financial operations of the company. This position requires a combination of strategic thinking, financial expertise, and leadership skills to guide the organization through its next milestone. You will be responsible for overseeing all financial functions, ensuring regulatory compliance, and providing strategic financial guidance to the executive team and board of directors.

**KEY RESPONSIBILITIES**
- Working closely with external stakeholders to drive the fundraising efforts
- Being the primary point of contact for shareholders, analysts, and the investment community
- Building and maintaining strong relationships with investors and ensuring effective communication
- Managing the budgeting, forecasting, and long-term planning process, and presenting financial updates, reports, and forecasts to investors and the board of directors
- Ensuring compliance with financial processes, systems, and policies
- Providing financial due diligence and support during investor meetings
- Identifying and assessing financial risks, implementing strategies to mitigate potential threats
- Monitoring and managing cash flow, working capital, and liquidity positions
- Leading and mentoring the finance team, fostering a culture of collaboration and high performance

**REQUIREMENTS**
- You have a Bachelor's or Master's degree in Finance, Business Administration, or a related field, ideally from a top-tier institution.
- You have at least 10 years of experience with strong prior experience within Financial Services - Investment banking/ PE/ VC/Family Offices.
- You have prior experience with fundraising & have a good network with potential investors
- Experience executing international or cross-border deals
- Proven track record in developing financial strategies, driving growth, and maximizing shareholder value.
- Prior experience preparing for an IPO would be advantageous.
- You have excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
- You possess excellent communication and presentation abilities, with the ability to simplify complex financial concepts and situations.
- Strong leadership qualities and the ability to inspire and motivate a team.
- You have a high level of integrity, ethical conduct, and a commitment to transparency and accuracy on all fronts.

Pay: Rp20,000,000 - Rp35,000,000 per month


Nominal Salary: To be agreed
