Cfo - Retail

**About The Company**:
The company was founded in the 1990's in Indonesia and has been then growing with a global presence of more than 10 countries as well as thriving in the domestic presence across islands.

You will be responsible to lead and manage a large team of accounting and finance team and strengthen the company's financial analysis. This position reports to the CEO.

**Job Descriptions**:

- Lead finance operation team covering General Accounting, Risk and Internal Control, Taxation, and FP&A
- Oversee daily accounting operation, monthly and year-end financial reporting/closing processes to ensure timely and high quality reporting in compliance with the requirement
- Prepare monthly financial reporting and analysis to provide business information to the management and commercial team
- Review finance process constantly and identify areas of improvements
- Perform individually or in the team any ad-hoc or Company special projects in relation to financial project transformation

**Key Requirements**:

- Bachelor's Degree in Accounting or equivalent. Master's Degree is a plus
- Big 4 work experience is preferred
- Work experience in large retail companies is preferred
- Strong team management experience
- Strong financial analysis skills to partner with the business/commercial team
- Experience in ERP project improvement would be a plus
