Kenvue is currently recruiting for: Channel & Customer Development Manager - Health & Beauty and E-Commerce. This position reports into Head of Customer & Channel Development and is based at Jakarta head Office.

What You Will Do
Channel Development Manager identifies business opportunities and works with multi-functional team to deliver end-to-end plans.Our Channel Development Manager will be responsible in driving profitable growth for the channel, will be focusing on developing Channel strategy, deliver Perfect Store execution, develop promo strategy & promo calendar which relevant with brands in his/her respective channel, will also accountable for sales and trade promotion budget management. The responsibilities include but are not limited to:
Key Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with KAM to drive excellent Perfect Store & promo execution in Health & Beauty Channel and E-Commerce, promotion alignment and review with stakeholders.
- CIW management total Health & Beauty Channel and E-Commerce.
- Define promotion guideline, Develop promo strategy to drive offtake, including Return On Investment planning for pre promo and review for post executed promotion in an effort to drive continuous improvement for future programming.
- Work closely with KAM team to make plan and implement annual/quarterly/monthly sales plan and agile to pivot the plan when vital to achieve objectives.
- Rooted in consumer and channel insights to develop and lead annual channel strategy and detail full year plan.
- Build or customize programs that helps our customers drive traffic, loyalty, and conversion.
- Collaborate with brands to develop and communicate sales and execution channel standards (look of success) of each campaign and initiatives.
- Drive Must Selling List distribution point & New Product distribution and drive prominent visibility in store.
- Analyze sales data monthly to find opportunities to drive efficiency and increase sales
Qualifications

- Bachelor's degree or equivalent relevant experience.
- Background in FMCG company
- Result oriented, tenacious and resilient
- Proven leadership ability
- Proven ability of critical and problem-solving
- Creative thinking
- Financial Acumen
Preferred:
- Has minimum 5 years' experience in handling Health & Beauty and E-Commerce
- Experienced in trade marketing and or sales field.
