Chief Financial Officer (Cfo) Head

Work Description:

- As the functional leader in the area of Finance, to co-ordinate / supervise the finance related information / important finance & tax issues of respective region, and coach for continual improvement of CFO in each region, ensure the correctness / timeliness / transparency / value of financial information
- Co-ordination of policy in Finance area, ensure accounting policy in compliance with local regulations / enforce group accounting policy
- Monitor operation and system in finance area in compliance with internal control / efficient
- Monitor the stability / efficiency / risk control of cash management
- Coach CFO for capability improvement and their mission / improve the professionalism of finance team
- Handling of important abnormal issues in Finance and taxation area.
- Oversee custom declarations related
- Ensure budgeting and planning process

Qualifications:

- Have basic knowledge relate to safety in workplace
- Minimum Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting or related field and CPA (Certified Public Accountant).
- At least 10 years of experience with strong track record as leader role related field that required for this position
- Experience in financial & accounting preferable and familiar with tax and audit compliance issue
- Strong analysis of financial statement report
- Strong knowledge of Financial, Tax, Accounting and Custom
- Demonstrated ability to produce accurate work, reliable results, meet tight deadlines and plan of prioritize workflow
- Good analytical skills, strong interpersonal skills in handing all levels of stakeholders
- Good on problem solving, risk identification skill and capable to work independently
- Commitment and positive working attitude
- Excellent eye for details ensuring of quality of works output
- Excellent written and verbal communication skill in English
- Advanced Microsoft Excel and Words skill

**Salary**: Rp17,000,000 - Rp34,000,000 per month
