Please do find below the Job Details of the position.- Reporting to GM of the company- Handles safety system and procedures for 3 Factories- Enforce participation in the implementation of management system such as SMK3, ISO 9001, ISO 14001, ISO 22000, HACCP, 5S and other programs- Ensure effective communication and coordination as Chief Safety to all Management Team and Safety Representative in each factory.- Mantain safe, continuous improvement, efficient and cost effective in safety department.**Job Requirements**:- Bachelor Degree in Mechanical, Chemical or Technical Backgroud- Min. 7 years of experience in HSE for Manufacturing Plant- Age 40's- English is a must- Outstanding leadership skills- Willing to be placed in Medan (Kawasan Industri Medan)- Minimum attended training: ISO 9001, ISO 22000, 14001, SMK3, Halal & HACCP
