Chinese Legal/ Chinese Hr Executive

WILLING TO BE PLACED IN MEDAN

**Responsibilities**:
Prepare legal documents/forms for review and submission
Advise and review legislation eligibility of clients
Handle and track documents for submission
Advise and provide updates on developments in requirements
Conduct regular research and consultation with clients
Assist in appointment scheduling
In-charge of all Immigration issues and operations, remaining up to date with any changes to legislation
Prepare all fee quotes and any information required by clients, colleagues or authorities

**Requirements**:
Female, Indonesian Chinese, Finance or accounting or human resource background
The ability to work with many different types of clients
Team player who is able to work independently
Qualification in Accounting, Finance and/or Human Resource preferred
Strong sense of accountability especially in meeting deadlines
Mature, independent and able to handle sensitive / confidential information
Organized, polite and able to multi task with good attitude
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
Must be willing to work after hours / weekends
