**Location**: Tangerang, Indonesia

**What You can expect as CIP Manager SEA**:
1. 5S program is implemented in all area PT Siegwerk Indonesia
2. Roll out the process excellence in production & Warehouse Logistic & other SCM related department
3. Optimization and standardization of production and process technology of ink manufacturing, which is applied in the world-wide manufacturing facilities from scale-up to commercial manufacture
4. Market screening and testing of further or new developments in the field or dispersion and milling
5. Continoues Improvement program roll out for all SCM related area.

**What do You bring as CIP Manager SEA**:
Education
- University degree, preferably in engineering
Experience
- Minimum 3-5 years of Manufacture operation
Understand the whole tools of Lean manufacture, six sigma
Understand Project Management
