Job Responsibility Client Care Officer: Supporting the clinic administration such as: client database management, client scheduling and billing settlement Handling clients's questions and complaints for both online and offline channel promptly Proposing suitable promotion/services to the client (incl. upselling and/or product selling ) Identifying (potential) issues and create mitigation or problem solving solutions Working with 'Client-First' attitude where client's satisfaction become the main goal Requirements :
Possess degree from University (Diploma/Bachelor) Have a minimum 1 years experience in the same/related role/ receptionist , experience in Beauty/Dental Clinic will be a plus Have passion in Client Engagement field Have positive "Can-Do" attitude, pay attention to details, hard worker and open minded Willing to be placed in Puri Kembangan (Jakarta Barat) or Pantai Indah Kapuk (Jakarta Utara) area Job Requirement Client Care Officer: Pastikan lowongan yang Anda cari sesuai dengan judul lowongan kerja tersebut.
