Job Responsibility Client Relation Specialist: Job Description :
Maximize the value of existing clients by developing programs that retain and expand clients' business with FWD Insurance. Consistently deliver excellent services to clients. Prepares and conduct socialization to client (new business & renewal) Ensure all process and response within agreed SLA. Responsible to do all administration process ( email, WA group with client, etc.) to make sure all queries & request well handled. Complaint handling Supervise 3 helpdesk team of Maybank performance to ensure their product understanding. Requirements :
1- 2 years experiences in customer service/sales in insurance industry. Bachelor's degree (S1)/ Diploma (D3) Excellent relationship management skills Ability to translate business issues/challenges into effective/creative solutions. Good communication skills.
