In this position, **Clinical Manager** is to lead Sanusa Medika Hospital's commissioning process and readiness of the clinic in terms of highly capable doctors/medical/non-medical staffs, high clinical standards, and patient safety protocols, and getting accreditation.**SCOPE OF WORK**- The Clinical Manager's main roles are:_- To lead the commissioning process and facilitate licenses, permits, and other relevant registration requirements for all clinics.- To participate in giving inputs in the early clinical development stage, including site selection, Pre-Feasibility Study, Feasibility Study, facility design, facility, operations strategy, and Business Plan; validating assumptions in financial modeling.- To lead in the accreditation process, ensuring the readiness of all clinics in terms of all aspects of the accreditation process.- To ensure clinic construction in adherence with prevailing regulations and examine coordinating clinic facility's activities.- To design and develop SOPs, policies (including updating them), patient safety, and infection protocols to ensure high clinical standards and safety for all clinics.- To develop a plan to recruit physicians, paramedics, nurses, and the medical department, including the training program, in addition to developing a network/relationship with doctors in targeted areas of all clinics.- To support Chief Medical Officer in scaling up physical service locations in hospitals and clinics.- The day-to-day activities of the Clinical Manager are:_- Project management (e.g., coordination with stakeholders and outside consultants).- Problem-solving for clinic development.- Coordinate the commissioning process and accreditation process of PT. Sanusa Medika clinics.- Maintaining feedback channels from key country stakeholders.**SELECTION CRITERIA**- Medical doctor degree (Master's degree in hospital administration preferred).- Experience in a clinic and/or hospital commissioning process and clinic and/or hospital accreditation process- Experience in running type D or C hospitals and developing clinics (greenfield),- Sound knowledge of revenue, cost/expense structure of clinic and/or type D or C hospital 5.
