**Responsibilities**:

- Responsible to lead and manage the overall marketing strategy for the Group's business portfolio
- Manage, review and optimize all of the Marketing channels
- Keep abreast of the latest digital trends and continued advancement in digital technologies and marketing best practices
- Keep a close eye on the competitors' activities, review benchmarks, and develop strategies based on data to gain a competitive edge in the market
- Set clear KPIs and ROI targets as well as monitor team progress, ensuring marketing campaign and organizational objectives are met
- Plan and manage budget across all channels and platforms
- Constantly strive to discover and adopt emerging technologies, digital innovations, and new platforms and systems to optimize organization productivity and effectiveness

**Job Requirements**:

- Bachelor's Degree from a reputable university
- At least 15 years of Marketing experience
- Prior experience working in Real Estate/Property/Retail industries, with proven success in mixed use and high rise developments, with exposure to projects in SEA/globally
- In-depth knowledge of various marketing platforms and tools
- Strong entrepreneurial mindset to come up with innovative concepts and get things done
- Able to work in a dynamic environment and get support from various stakeholders
